[MWWCorp], offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all MWWCorp software that is purchased online from McGillis, Wilcox, Webster & Co. , Inc.* If after exhausting the above options you need to return an MWWCorp software product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, MWWCorp reserves the right to deny a refund in the case of a non-authenticated purchase, for example no order confirmation number, product key and/or registration code, bad name or address, etc.

To request a refund for your downloaded software purchase, please contact us. Your message should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product, include your order# (or invoice ID as appropriate), name, e-mail address and the product key and/or registration code (if any). You will find the order# and the product key and/or registration code in the purchase confirmation e-mail. You are required to uninstall** & destroy all downloaded files and we expect that you have not copied or saved them in any other way. You will be asked to sign a Letter of Destruction and return it, by fax or postal mail, before you receive your refund amount. If you've ordered the CD version or a Backup CD, you'll be asked to physically destroy it. Your product key will be invalidated on our server and won't be accessible anymore.

Once your refund request has been reviewed and we receive the Letter of Destruction and we approve the refund, we will send our consent to process the refund to the third-party electronic software distribution partner who processed your initial order (if applicable). We will contact you by email to confirm the refund process has been initiated. Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction within a few days.

You'll be refunded the paid amount without fees, including any shipping & handling charges. Backup CD fees are not refundable.

** The best way to remove one of our programs from your system is as follows:

1. Click the Start button on the taskbar
2. Click Programs
3. Click on the program folder for the software you are uninstalling, e.g., ' Engine Oil Selector'
4. Click the Uninstall item in the subsequent program folder
