If your question pertains to a technical problem, please include following also:
- Your computer system configuration (Windows version, processor, memory, etc.)
- Contents of the program's Log file, e.g. EOS2005.LOG, found in the installation root folder. The Log file is a simple text file that can be opened in the Windows 'Notepad' program. It includes any error information generated by the program. Simply copy the contents of this file and paste it into the support form Message area.
